Your Weekly Spread
Set Your Priorities
Use this page to establish your top 3 priorities for the week along with the habits and tasks you want to track. Then use the two blank spaces for whatever you want, stickers, quotes, motivation, reminders, manifestation statements, etc.
Plan Your Week
Use this page to plan your week in detail. You can take the habits and tasks from the previous page and plan which day you will tackle that task. You can journal each day, write a manifestation statement in each box, whatever works for you!
Reflect and Adapt
Use this space to quickly reflect on your effort and progress. Did you tackle your priorities? Did you do well on the habits you tracked? Did you drop the ball this week or on a specific day? Quickly jot down some thoughts here so you know what to improve on the next week.
Shifting is a process.
-
Start with a Vision
In the Intro section of the planner, you have the opportunity to map out the vision you have for your life (or the next year, 5 years, 10 years - whatever you decide)
-
Find Your Themes
After establishing your vision, you'll identify some themes you want to focus on for the first 12 weeks. This is called an Initiative.
-
Choose Your Focus
After deciding on the high-level themes you want to focus on, it's time to start being more specific. Choose a focus for the next two weeks. This is called a Sprint Goal.
-
Prioritize Your Week
Now it's time to get even more granular. Which habits and tasks do you need to track in order to meet your sprint goals? Write those down in the Habits and Tasks section.
-
Take Action Every Day
How much more granular can you go!? Now you'll plan out each day of the week with the action steps you need to take in order to accomplish your top priorities and habits and tasks from the previous section.
-
Review and Adjust
Now it's time to be honest with yourself. At the end of each week, after every sprint, and after every initiative, you have space to reflect on your effort and progress, and determine what you need to do differently next time.
